He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Harbin, Sr. and Mary Lou Driver Harbin; his siblings, Robert Harbin (Sally), Jimmy Harbin (Doris), Wayne Harbin and Lydia Gaines (James); and his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Faith Johnson and Rachel Elizabeth Harbin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Thrower Harbin; his daughters, Mary Carol McClure (Robert) and Beverly Diane Boldosser (Donny); his grandchildren, Elissa, Justin, Kolbe, Ashley, Briana, Blake, Hailey, Tory, Mickey, Zachary and D. J.; his great grandchildren, Riley, Kane, Axle, Kali, Alie, Landon, Sunshine and Damien; and his sisters, Emily Reeves, Betty Branch and Gertrude Mayes.
