He is survived by: his wife Betty Sisk; his son Mike Sisk (Scarlet); his grandson Cory Sisk; and his siblings, Ellis Junior Sisk, Jessie Sisk, Kathleen Lee, Imogene Neal, Margaret Vaughn, Bessie Duke and Glenda Berry.
