He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stewart Carter and Charlotte Anna Carter; and his siblings, James Stewart Carter Jr. and Mary Carter Cassou. He is survived by: his wife Lili Colleen Carter (Howard); and his sisters-in-law, Lucinda Edwards (Robert), Lisa Hightower, Lauri Shamieh (Fawzi) and Lynn-Amy Williams (Frank). He is also survived by 2 Nieces and 8 Nephews, 2 Great-Nieces and 4 Great-Nephews.
