He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Osburn (Brenda) and Rachel Smallwood (Eric); his stepsons, Jeremy Holt (Misty) and Tim Holt; and his siblings, Roy D. Osburn (Kathie), Bobby Osburn, Johnny Osburn, Linda Hastings, Jenny Boyd and Wanda Hughey (Troy). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
