Opal Moebes Wilson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Moebes Wilson of Gurley, Alabama, who passed away on May 3, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Pearl and William A. Elkins; her husband Edward Wilson; her siblings, J. L. Sanderson and Dorothy Stewart; and her daughter-in-law Janet Moebes.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Moebes (Penny), Johnny Moebes, Dwight Moebes (Kathleen), Randy Moebes (Kathy), Patricia Knowles (Doug) and Debbie Riquelmy (Rick); and her brother William E. Elkins (Kathy). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and forty-one great-grandchildren.
