She was predeceased by: her husband Harlan "Hank" Garner; her parents, Robert Brown and Blanche Brown; her siblings, Robert Brown, Patsy O'Neal and Margaret Ann Connell; and her niece Betty Ann Richards.
She is survived by: her nephews, James Brown, Larry O'Neal (Margaret), Pat Brown (Diana) and Steve Connell; her nephew-in-law Tom Richards; and her goddaughters, Ginger Henshaw and Katie Stowe. She is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews, six great great nieces and nephews.
