He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Christo Bingham and Annie Mae Bingham; his son Clinton Cody Bingham; and his grandson Bobby Wayne Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Hess Bingham; his children, Stephanie Bingham (Trey Hamley), Crystal Flippo (Richard), David Bingham, Marty Smith and Kenneth Smith (Song); his brother Julian Bingham (Joyce); and his close friend Steve Dunn. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
