He was predeceased by: his wife Lesa Chandler White; and his parents, Sidney Leon White and Dorothy Ann Middleton White. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Leigh White King (Terry Mathis) and Laura Ashton White Monk; his grandchildren, Zoey Addison Monk and Bo Glover; his stepmother Elaine White; his brothers, Kevin Bruce White, Kerry Neal White and Kendall Lynn White (Rita); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Wallace, Shane Glover, Trace Chandler and Caroline Chandler Schwing; and also Danielle Miller (Hollis). He is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.
