She was predeceased by: her husband James Howard Wilburn; her son Johnny Wayne Wilburn; her parents, Clifford Ward and Annie Mae Ward; and her siblings, Bobby, Jimmy, Clifford Ward, Barbara Burrows, Carolyn Tumblin and Betty Hodge.
She is survived by: her children, James Ray Wilburn (Karen), Sandra Jeanette Ott (Greg) and Doris Annette Rogers (Glenn); and her daughter-in-law Peggy Wilburn. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a favorite charity.
