He is survived by: his wife Flora Faye Ikard; his children, John Ikard (Susan), David Ikard, Michelle Hurley (Terry), Joan Christensen (Ricky) and Barbara Miller (Terry); and his sisters, Carolyn Glover and Ann Dukeminier. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
