He is survived by: his children, Lori Henderson, Chase Allen and Cody Allen; his mother Nannette Certain; his stepfather Larry B. Certain; his siblings, Joseph Knighten, Kristina Hutchens, Leslee Miller and Lee Ann Knighten; and his granddaughter Kelliana Fullbright. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
