He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Davis; his sons, Christopher W. Crenshaw and Scott S. Crenshaw; his grandchildren, Lance C. McLaughlin (Stephanie), Jordan A. Crenshaw (Jeremy Pearson), Lauren H. Duckworth and Kaylee; his siblings, Clint and Sue Culpepper (Lee); his niece Angie Supan (Ricky); and his nephew Dr. Christopher Culpepper (Jean). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Hospital, Birmingham or the Ronald McDonald House, Birmingham.
