He was predeceased by: his son James Cameron Crawford; his parents, Evelyn Crawford and Thomas Crawford; and his brothers, David, Eddie and Steve Crawford.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine Smith Crawford; and his grandchildren, Stacie Morris, Richard Crawford, Nathan Crawford and Denise Crawford.
