She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Maynard (Mary), Gary Maynard and Debbie Osmer (Brian); her grandchildren, Donna Pinkerton (Tad), Anthony Maynard (Ashley), Nick Maynard (Megan), Kasey Byrd, Brean Maynard, Baylen Maynard, Tyler Maynard (Bonnie) and Katie Maynard; her great grandchildren, Alexis Easterling, Austin Maynard, Autumn Maynard, Alyssa Snyder and Jay Peacock; and her great great grandchildren, Nick Maynard Jr., Clara Bella Maynard and Penny Maynard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
