He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Nina Mae" Osmer; his children, Nina Osmer Derrick (Alan), Glennis Black (Jon), Robbie Reasons (Matthew) and Bobby Keith Osmer (Valerie); his grandchildren, Benjamin Black, Joshua Black, Kaitlin Schultz (David), Kloie Osmer (Jackie Sisk), Lexie Walls and Sydney Walls; his great grandchildren, Elijah Schultz, Kainon Sisk and Thomas Ray Sisk; and his sister Peggy Frazier.
