He is survived by: his wife Kay Sims; his daughter Jennifer Sims Gentry (John); his grandchildren, Sara Grace Langston (Landon), Bryson Gentry, Sidney Sims and Adeline Sims; and his brothers, Paul Sims (Wendy) and Billy Sims (Juanita).
