She was predeceased by: her husband Harlin Heath; her parents, James Lonzo Jacks and Rebecca Josephine Jacks; her brothers, Alvin Jacks, Harvey Jacks and Lonzo Jacks; and her grandmothers, Webb, Sue Chandler, Ruth Curry and Shirley Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Billy Heath (Kay) and Becky Whitaker (Wayne); her grandchildren, Adam Whitaker (Amanda), Andy Whitaker, Jeffifer Heath, Amanda Ramsburg (Nick), Kevin Hatcher (Kayla) and Katie Jo Honsinger (Adam); and her sister Ossie Reid. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
