He is survived by: his wife Cassie Self; his children, Robbie Self and Debra Moore (Mike); his grandchildren, Rusty Self (Gabriella), James Moore, Leelynd Moore, Elizabeth Richardson (Rusty), Kaa-La Self (Jacob), Amber Self (Cody), Brittany Seay (Jason) and Tiera Moore; and his siblings, Don Self (Barbara), Annette Woods and Judy Davis. He is also survived by 4 Great Grandsons and 4 Great Granddaughters.
