She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Lynn Milligan; her children, Ricky Lynn Milligan, Rita Gay Milligan and Kenneth Gerald Milligan; and her siblings, Sonny Hilburn, Imogene Kight, Frauline Bolding, Mann Hilburn and Martha Edmondson.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Milligan (Gail), Larry Milligan (Shelia), Ronnie Milligan, Charlotte Shedd (Tommy), Cathy Camp and Teresa Cook; and her sister Jo Grizzard. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
