He is survived by: his children, Angela Kelley, Hillary Kelley, Mark Anthony Kelly, Jr., Justin Spencer Kelley and Matthew Colby Kelley; his grandchildren, Mark Anthony Kelley III, Jason Alexander Kelley, John Lucas Allen Kelley, Emily Joette Kelley, Brantley Jaxon Garrard, Kinley Evonna Kelley and Nathaniel Bryson Kelley; his great grandchild Jazmyn Octavia Kelley; his sister Charlotte Ann Charles; and his close friend Sarah Kelley McCrary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
