She was predeceased by: her parents, James Collins and Betty Collins; and her sisters, Jeanette Allen, Pattie Gallman and Gleamer Landers.
She is survived by: her husband Mack Stewart; her sons, Charles Allen Hyde (Brittany), Roy Wayne Hyde (Marie) and Wesley Keith Hyde; her stepchildren, Derek Simmons, Frank Magpusao and Essie Marie Saucedo; her grandchildren, Devin Hyde, Kaleigh Hyde, Athena Saucedo, Catilina Saucedo and Hope Saucedo; her great grandchildren, Nolan Hyde, Zadlynn Johnson and Colten Hyde; her siblings, Gary Sims (Doris), Ronnie Taylor (Melissa), Oscar Taylor, Shirley Lybrant and Regina Mozley (Becky); her close friends, Carolyn Murray, Laureen Moore, Jan, Rosie Stewart, Lisa Boozer (Hey Hey Hey), Candace Garrison, Susan Crane, Peggy Childress and Anita; her niece Kim Sandusky; and her sister Jeannete. She is also survived by grandma by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In 2009, she went back to school to acquire a certificate from a program sponsored by Alabama and Auburn through RSVP to be certified to help others and enjoyed sitting with the elderly.
