He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Willis Johns (Rodney) and Stacie Freeze; his grandchildren, Tyler Johns, Tristan Freeze and Tori Freeze; his great grandchild Hadleigh Freeze; his siblings, Wayne Willis (Bonita) and Joan McKinney (Tommy); his close friend Peggy Staton; and also, Caden, Ellie and Thomas Hogland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was employed at Darden Rehabilitation Foundation as transportation supervisor.
