He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Gordon Culbert and Laura Childress Culbert. He is survived by: his wife Betty Bain Culbert; his children, Barbara Jean Harris (Jim), Susan Childs and David Joe Culbert (Rita); and his sister Linda Gail Kelly.
