“I would like to share a fond memory I have as a child in the 60's. Our family drove from Texas to Guntersville, Alabama for vacation & I remember dad getting lost so he tried to chase down a police officer & they ran from us. It was volatile times back then, much like now. What I remember most is Aunt JoAnne's homemade biscuits for breakfast & how good they were. I remember getting to go to the chicken coop & gather eggs. Aunt JoAnne made us feel welcome and loved! She will be missed by many.”
