He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Cooper and Hazel Cooper (Bridges); and his brother Charles Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cooper; his children, Russell Cooper (Kendra) and Susan Brooks (Heath); his grandchildren, Kayla Price (Chase), Zack Powell, Breanna Powell, Kourtney Cooper, Caitlin Clark, Kaitlyn Brooks and Tyler Brooks; and his great grandchild Caselynne Price.
In lieu pf flowers the family has requested donations may be made to Shepherds Cove Hospice.
