She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilda Norton and William Aude Norton; her husband Paul C. Adkison of Wicksburg; and her daughter Mary Anne Adkison Boyer. She is survived by: her children, David Adkison (Paige) of Birmingham, Bob Adkison (Loretta) of Guntersville, Carol Adkison Black of Dalton and Georgia. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
