He is survived by: his wife Linda Price (Spires); his children, Shannon Price Bedinger (Bryan) of Gulf Shores, AL, Susan Price (Jamie Hubbard) of Savannah, GA and Dennis Price (Sonja) of Gulf Shores, AL.; and his siblings, Kathie Stinger (Price), Karen Dawson (Price) and David Price. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four bonus grandchildren.

“Linda, Shannon, Dennis and Susan, My heart was broken when I heard that Bill had passed on through the Gates of Heaven. Kids your dad loved y'all very much. The stories he would tell about you three around the kitchen table would light up his face. I can still see his huge smile with that laugh that only he had. Linda I can still remember him getting you tickled to where we all were laughing till our ribs hurt. The memories were fun and great to have forever. May God see you through this time”
