He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Wick" Burnett and Sarah Catherine Parsons Burnett of Cordova; and his stepmother Anna Lois Burnett of Cordova. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Esparza (Daniel), Sharon Baughn (Tyler) and Ashley Albinqali (Amer); his girlfriend Andrea Alford; his sister Cathay Jean Windsor; his close friend Jeff Gammon; his grandchildren, Taylor Smith (Cain), Tristin Hill, Khloie Esparza, Bryce Baughn, Brock Baughn, Kaylee Ward, Jaxon Ward and Emma Albinqali; and his great grandchildren, Easton and Cecil Corbin Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to cover funeral expenses.
