We bid farewell to Sherrie Elizabeth (Peters) Sims of Gulf Shores, Alabama, born in Social Circle, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 26, 2025 at the age of 85. Sherrie Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her mother Thurmond; and her siblings, Pete, Lannie Demeris and Sandra. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Meris and Ted; her daughters-in-law, Jennifer and Cristin; and her grandchildren, Jared, Rory and Tayler.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Calendar Craft Farms Golf Clubhouse (3840 Cotton Creek Cir, Gulf Shores, AL 36542).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Christian Service Center at 317 Dolphin Ave, Gulf Shores, Al, 36542.
