He is survived by: his mother Marie Deluca Penton; his wife Ashley Richerand Penton; his children, Maleigh Penton (Brandon Ballard), Cassidy Baudean (Stephen) and Brayden Penton; his stepchildren, Cohl Belanger, Nicolette Belanger and Brienne Belanger; his granddaughter Dakota Ballard; his brother Steven Penton (Tina); his nephew Slayton; his nieces, Madison and Maison; his brother Kenneth Jeffrey Penton (Angie); and his nieces and nephews, Sandra, Heather, Kenny and Eric. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2280 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
