He was predeceased by: his wife Sidney Colvin (Hester); his parents, Thomas William Colvin and Marie Myrtle Colvin (Miles); his siblings, Beverly Cline (Colvin), Sue Colvin, Thomas Colvin Jr. and Freddy Colvin; his son Tony Colvin; and his great grandchild Sam Colvin.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Colvin (Kim), Terry Colvin (Sarah), Todd Colvin and Claudine Colvin; and his sister Mary Colvin Hazelwood. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
