It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Don Southerland of Gulf Shores, Alabama, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Lee Southerland and Virginia Garner Southerland Montgomery. He is survived by: his brother Rudy; his sister-in-law Susie Southerland of Greenville, GA; his nieces and nephews, Carrie Southerland, Samuel (Heather Southerland), Christina Southerland, KeLisha Smith (Joanna Short) and Alex Smith (Josh Feemster); and his great-nieces, Joanna Southerland and Amelia Green.
Due to the COVID-19 concerns, Social distancing will be observed (no outward signs of condolences such as hugging, and hand shaking) and masks must be worn.
