He was predeceased by: his daughter Lyndee Marie Jaccuzzo; his parents, Sam, Jr. Jaccuzzo and Una Jaccuzzo; and his siblings, Paula Jaccuzzo Bourque, Sammy Jaccuzzo and Faye Jaccuzzo.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Aiken Jaccuzzo; his daughter Alison Ann Jaccuzzo Steiner (Lee); his grandson Brock Elliot Steiner; and his sisters, Karla Tipton (Jay) and Nancy Trahan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
