We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2018, at the age of 88, Reuben Russell Harris (Gulf Shores, Alabama), born in Cuba, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Cory Harris; his parents, Clara Belle Freeman Harris and Reuben Pierce Harris; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Hewlett Rich, Amos Watson Cory, Jr, Mike Rich and Ed Hewlett.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Harris Pennington (Bruce) and David Russell Harris (Jan); his grandchildren, Cory Harris (Courtney Smith), Annie Harris and Lindsay Pennington; his great grandchild Brayden Ritter; and his sister Annita Timberlake (Roy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name "Russell Harris" to the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church.
