Michael Jerome Shinsky Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Jerome Shinsky of Gulf Shores, Alabama, born in Amherst, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Shinsky and Juanita Shinsky (Gerber). He is survived by: his daughter Miranda Shinsky; his grandson Chase; his sister Cynthia Blough (Richard); his niece Jessica Vaughn (Gabriel); his nephew Tyler McNeely (Chelsea); and his aunts and uncles, Judi Sweeney (Paul), Ernie Gerber (Colleen), Jeff Gerber (Kathy) and Charlene Schibley (Dick). He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews, and step nieces.
