He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Charlie" Frank Bell and Mildred "Louise" Bell (Tiner); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat (Lynda), Suzanne (John), Rosemary (Ellis), Tricia and Lou (Mark); his wife Cathy L. Bell; and his daughter Terri Gail. He is also survived by six children; two great-grandchildren; his brother and sisters; numerous nephews and nieces.
