He is survived by: his wife Angelika Williams; his daughter Kim McIntosh (Jeff); his grandchildren, Gavin and Kylie McIntosh; and his siblings, Betty Jo Woodward, Joe Frank Williams and Spencer Valine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
