He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hale "Doc" Fray and Katherine Lee Parks Fray; his son Jeffery Hale Fray; and his brother Gerald Parks Fray. He is survived by: his wife Linda Turner Dangelo Fray of Gulf Shores, AL; his son Scotty Joe Fray (Leann) of Fairview, TN; his stepson William Anthony Dangelo (Andy) of Gore Springs, MS; his grandchildren, Hannah Nichole Fray and Tyler Joe Fray of Fairview, TN; and his sister-in-law Sue Fray.
