He is survived by: his son Keith Payne (Misti) of Sylacauga; his grandchildren, Chris Payne (Sara), Jerry Payne (Kim Royal), Dakota Pelfrey (Laura) and Morgan Whetstone; and his siblings, Faye Waldrep (Waylon) of Peoria, AZ and Steve Payne of Gulfshores. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
