He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Delap Harris and Valda Smith Harris. He is survived by: his girlfriend Lisa Lynn Ludke of Gulf Shores, AL; his girlfriend's daughter Jacqueline Beck (Tyler) of Robertsdale, AL; his grandson Frank; his siblings, Janie Harris Terrell (Melton) of Altoona, AL and Terrell A "Terry" Harris (Joan) of Miramar Beach, FL; his nephew Melton P. Terrell, Jr. (Dana) of Cambridge; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Conner and Jacob; his niece Susan Terrell Huffman of Birmingham; and also, Dusty Terrell of Boaz, Gavin, Jackson, Mason, Tim Kenum (Katherine), Harrison and Carson.

Celebrations of Frank's life will be scheduled later due to COVID considerations.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Old Cooper Cemetery, P. O. Box 487, Loxley, AL 36551 of the charity of your choice.
