He is survived by: his wife Marcie; his children, Maggie Woodley Pearson (Will), Grace Woodley and Joe Woodley; his grandson John Pearson; and his sisters, Susan Woodley Raines (Jim) and Dolly Woodley Poteet (Jim). He is also survived by his many relatives and friends.
