He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Evans. He is survived by: his daughter Meg Hodge of Gulf Shores, AL; his grandsons, Kyle VanDierendonck of Gulf Shores, AL and Michael Davis (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Abigail Davis and Gavin Harper. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
