She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Gerald Lloyd, Sr. and Bill Lamb; her son Shawn Lamb; her parents, Ester Hick Willis Taylor and Robert Benjamine Willis; and her siblings, Vernelle Brown, Catherine Willis, Myrtle Snead, Marie Luck, Elizabeth Courtney Hodges, Lucille Caldwell, Waverly Willis, Robert Willis, Jr. and Roland Willis.
She is survived by: her husband Lou Plotz; her sons, Randy Lloyd, Chris Lamb and Scott Hand; and her granddaughter Shalyn Lamb. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
After losing her youngest son, Shawn Lamb, Evelyn was an advocate M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) and was a big supporter of the Make A Wish Foundation.
