He is survived by: his parents, Terry L. Elkins and Janice Rotvold Elkins; his wife Hollie Buccellato Elkins; his children, Raelyn Amanda and Caden Douglas; and his sister Susan Elkins Goldsworthy (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
