With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell W. Bailey (Gulf Shores, Alabama), born in Osceola, Iowa, who passed away on October 5, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bailey and Florence Bailey (Leeps); and his children, Doug (Lisa) and Diane Diebel (Les) of Camdenton, MO. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his stepdaughter KaBrina Hudson of Gorham, ME; his granddaughters, Lyndsay Harshman (Jonathan), Tiffin, Tawny Tibbits PhD (Matt) and Fort; his stepgrandchildren, Brian Diebel (Michelle) of Vesper, WI and Denise Woodin (T. J.); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Gray (late Delbert), Lovilia, Sharon Penfield (Neil), Joyce McCoy (Curg), Moravia Hudson (Rick) and Bonita; and his friends, Chuck, Leslie and Pelican West Band. He is also survived by great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in his honor to Centerville Band Boosters.
