He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Cline and Mary Lee Cook; his daughter Julie Ann Cook Sperber; his son-in-law Tom Sperber; his sister Judy Webber; and his granddaughter Meghan Kathleen Ledford.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Cook of Gulf Shores; his children, Jerry, Jim Cook (Julie) of Auburn, AL, Chris Ledford (Theresa) of Kennesaw, GA and Susan Lewis (Steve) of Kennesaw, GA; his sisters, Carolyn Huey (Max) of Decatur, MS and Susie Smith (Joe) of Irving, TX; and his brother-in-law George Webber of Santa Cruz, CA.
