He was predeceased by: his daughter Christina Lynn Rush. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rush; his daughter Angela Renee Rush; his grandchildren, Bradley, Brandon Sutherlin, Joshua and Angel Rush; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Etheridge. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
