It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Gosa Birmingham of Guin, Alabama, born in Winfield, Alabama, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Veltha Gosa and Eunice Abbott Gosa; her husband John Cantrell Birmingham; her daughter Joy Ann Moore; her great grandchild Myles Lane Nash; and her siblings, Jessie Lee Gosa Bly, Robbie Gray Gosa McDonald and Billy Gosa.
She is survived by: her children, John Dale Birmingham, Jaime Birmingham (Jennifer) and Jennifer A. Birmingham; her grandchildren, Jonathon Birmingham, Jared Moore, Jordan Moore, Addie Birmingham, Joshua Nash and Jacob Nash (Kaylynn); her sister-in-law Linda Birmingham; and her niece Betty Faye Gann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
