He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Stell and Jeanette Carter Stell of Guin, AL; his wife Deanna Westbrook Stell of Guin, AL; his stepdaughter Jessica Lundberg (David) of McCalla, AL; his son Jon Thomas Stell of Guin, AL; his sister Janet Phelps (Louis) of Hurdle Mills, NC; his niece Allison Revels (Brandon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper and Parker; his niece Julie McCary (Josh); and his aunts and uncles, Sidonnie Stell (late Mike Stell), Jack Stell, Carolyn Norris (Cecil), Don Carter (Janie) and Ronald Carter (Denise).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Amedysis Hospice or St. Jude's.
