He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Veal and Vernell Veal; his brothers, Buddy and Kirby Veal; and his parents-in-law, Oscar and Pauline Roden.
He is survived by: his wife Libby Veal; his son Scott Drennon Veal; his daughter-in-law Lisa Veal; his grandchildren, Hunter Veal (Hanna) and Allie Veal; and his great grandchild Stetson Scott Veal.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bear Creek #1 Baptist Church (9471 AL-13, Bear Creek, AL 35543). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
